SS polishing (Ra ≤ 0.8μm for pharma) and epoxy/paint for MS equipment.

How We Work
Our Fabrication Process
Material Procurement
Only IS/ASTM certified MS, SS, and alloy plates and pipes from approved vendors. Every lot comes with a Material Test Certificate (MTC).
Cutting & Forming
CNC plasma/laser cutting for dimensional accuracy. Plates are rolled and formed to the exact diameter and thickness specified.
Fit-up & Assembly
All components are fitted and tacked per approved drawing. Dimensional check performed before welding begins.
Welding
Qualified welders follow approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification). TIG/MIG welding with correct parameters for each grade.
NDT & Inspection
Visual inspection, dye penetrant test (DPT), radiography (RT), and ultrasonic testing (UT) on critical joints as required.
Hydro / Pneumatic Testing
Pressure vessels and tanks are hydrostatically tested to 1.5× design pressure. Leak-free performance confirmed before dispatch.
Surface Treatment
Sandblasting, epoxy painting, rubber lining, or stainless steel polishing as per service requirements.
Final Inspection & Dispatch
Full dimensional check, documentation review, and photographic records prepared before packing and dispatch.
